The 125 acre farm is set in an area of
outstanding natural beauty,
It consists of 86 acres of grassland and 39 acres of arable.
All the grassland is under the management
of the Suffolk Rivers Valleys
Environmentally Sensitive Area, a DEFRA scheme designed to maintain and
enhance the landscape and wildlife of the Stour valley and its main tributaries.
All the arable land has been entered into
the Environmental Stewardship Scheme, to encourage farmland wildlife.
